This mandated program is facilitated by Master’s level Clinicians and offered to first offenders over sixteen weeks, groups are currently held on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Assessments and treatment plan reflects goals and objectives that specify the expected accomplishments in the areas of substance education and illegal behavior. Participants are required to complete 2 hours of Victim Impact classes, attend AA/NA meetings in addition to group participation.

This court or RMV mandated program offers individual counseling, mental health and substance use groups as needed. Participants may be required to participate in clinician facilitated group therapy and engage in individual evaluations. Our SOA curriculum includes some topics to target OUI’s such as the neurobiology of addiction, co-occurring mental health and SUD’s, the stages of change , coping skills, and the legal implications of Drinking and Driving

Clients are generally referred for a substance addiction evaluation by their probation officers, attorney, district attorney, the Department of Children and Families, or when the judge orders someone to participate in such an evaluation. Individuals may also be referred for this service. These assessment tool based evaluations focus on determining the individual's substance addiction needs and risks, and making recommendations for appropriate treatment.

Clinician facilitated Outpatient Group Therapy includes Mental Health and Substance Use groups that encourage the learning and growth of our participants. Participants will also be able to utilize evaluation services and case management as needed. Individual counseling referrals can be made as well as medication evaluations. Structured Outpatient Addiction Program
(SOAP-IOP

SOAP is an intensive outpatient program (IOP) day treatment program for adults 18 years old and older. The program operates 5 days a week between the hours of 9:00 am – 12:30 pm and decreases as progress is identified. SOAP provides group counseling, individual counseling, and case management. SOAP clinicians provide medication evaluation referrals within two weeks of admission of the SOAP program. SOAP groups are run in modules so as to provide a vast array of topics including drug education and relapse prevention, coping skills, family dynamics, co-occurring disorders, tobacco cessation, STI, and domestic violence.

Adolescent SOAP is a day treatment program for for adolescents ages 13-17 years old. . The program operates 5 days a week between the hours of 2:30 am – 6:00 pm. Adolescent SOAP provides group counseling, individual counseling, and case management. Adolescent SOAP clinicians provide medication evaluation referrals within two weeks of admission. Adolescent SOAP groups are run in modules so as to provide a vast array of topics including drug education and relapse prevention, coping skills, family dynamics, co-occurring disorders, wellness, tobacco cessation, STI, and domestic violence.
