If the content of the certificate is changed, he / she shall apply for renewal within one month after the change. If the certificate is damaged or lost, he / she shall apply for renewal or replacement in time.

Application The fee for accepting foreigners’ permanent resident permit application is CNY ¥1,500 per person.
Issuance Foreigners will be charged CNY ¥300 during the issuance of Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card.
Expiry Foreigners will be charged CNY ¥300 for expiry, content change, renewal or re-issuance of the card.
