COMMITMENT

Reliability is key! Often our clients are working with us because they are in a staffing crunch. When you commit to availability and to work a shift the expectation is that you are there – on time, professionally dressed, and with a bright smile!


COMMUNICATION

Please over communicate with us. We are available by text, email and phone always! We love hearing from you and need to know when, where, and what you want to work. For any urgent matters involving scheduling matters, issues at the facility etc. PLEASE CALL! If we text you, we expect a text back to confirm you have read and received our message.

What if I show up and am not on the schedule?

Call us and DO NOT leave the building until we have spoken! We will then call the facility directly to get the issue resolved.

How do I access my schedule?

You can access your schedule and adjust your availability by visiting the app! Please start by installing the Isimio App on your phone.

You should receive an email from no-reply@isimio.com to set up your Isimio account.
This is where you clock in and out, as well as manage your jobs, time off requests, and time sheets.

How do I make changes to my schedule?

CALL US! We do the best we can monitoring email and text messages – however for any emergencies or changes to schedules we need to hear from you directly – we are available 24/7 by calling us!

Where and how do I access my paystubs?

You should also receive an email from SecurityServices_NoReply@adp.com to set up your ADP account and view your pay stubs. Please note, you will not be able to set up your account until after your first pay period. If you experience issues setting up your account after your first pay period, please contact your staffing consultant, they will be able to assist you!

As a Ro Health employee, you have the ability to enroll in our 401K program with Vanguard.

If you are going to be working at least 30 hours weekly and are interested in the voluntary benefits offered through Colonial Life, please let us know and we will have them reach out to you to discuss all your options.
